We are an organized alliance of mature adults who love to play this game, and strive to be successful as possible, while still recognizing and respecting the idea that sometimes people have more important/other things to do.
Our main focus is AQ. Two groups are currently doing Map 5 while the other does Map 3, so people don’t have to commit to Map 5 if they find themselves too busy, yet not leave their teammates high and dry.
We use a similar system for war: Set Battlegroups, but with flexible expectations, creating a challenge for those that want one, yet not stressing those that don’t.
Line use is a must, as communication is the key.
