Is Hercules immortality bugged?

Hercules immortality is activating even under fateseal. How is this possible? It’s clearly written that his immortality is a buff. For reference I am tagging the video link I recorded

    Yes its bugged. I have been using mojo against side event hercules & mojo's anti life field is not at all reducing herc's immortality buffs duration

    For this node combo the easiest thing to do is to get him to 1hp, quit out and kill with CapIW as fisticuffs prevents it. Also proves it’s a bug as fisticuffs doesn’t prevent passives.
