Next 5* To R5?

Hey everyone, I’ve been able to gather enough resources to get two 5*’s to r5, but I’ve been having a hard time deciding who I should get up. As of right now I’m kinda stuck on act 6.2.6 with The Champion boss, and I felt like I needed to step back and take a look at some potential champs I can get up to help me out. Feel free to take a look at all my 5*s and offer any suggestions you might have for any one fo them. Thanks!

Prof X, because you don't currently have an R5 mutant, and possibly Sentinel for tech. It'd be a shame to overlook Claire, however.

I have a hard time using Claire because of her immunity rotation and whatever. But I am open to getting her to R5 too.
