Will Hotfix be Ready With Verison 32.1 Release on August 3rd?

Just for kicks and giggles, I thought it might be fun to "bet" on rather or not the hotfix will actually go live with the upcoming update or not. The forum post from Kabam about two weeks ago mentioned the hotfix being available in time for the update, however, the in game mail along with the compensation package earlier this week stated they haven't found the cause yet. you do know that with a new month inbound, that update will introduce more bugs lol id bet my account that they wouldnt have this patched up by the 2nd week of next month

What's the point of this? They already said in their gameplay issues timeline that the August 3rd update won't contain the fix for the parry/dex issues and a hotfix will probably be available after the update.
