Can you please look into Mister Fantastic’s synergy with She Hulk. shard knowledge- tech and science synergy.
The power sting is NOT being applied when opponents active a special attack.

    As walkerdog said his synergy with science champs and tech if synergy is active is if u debuff them u apply power sting its not when they throw specials
