How often do you farm potions in ROL (and is it worth it?)

More specifically, how much do you still do it compared to like 1 or 2 years ago.
Are the faster kill times worth the lesser % a champ is healed these days?
Or do you think it is a waste of time compared to what you get for it?

It depends what content I need to do to be honest. I'm probably going to start farming them again when my revive count is a bit higher to start tackling some of the LoL Carina challenges but other than that I have no content other than LoL/V1 exploration so there's no real need for me to have 100 health potions lying around.

I’m only doing it now since I’m low on potions for SoP and I’m farming more just to be safe for upcoming weeks. I’ve never had the need to do it before as I had lots of potions anyway and I barely used them in the content I’ve completed except for my 6.1 completion and now SoP

With an AA R3 + suicides you are done under 1 min but for example you need around 8 potions to heal up a 4*

Well, in a way they do get money for it. I guess you would be able to push through if you did also.

I can grind through WS pretty fast with r3 champs, but it takes nearly a full inventory to heal up one of my champs. I think it's better to spend that time in arena getting units

With bigger health pools, those potions don’t do much. I always rely more on revives to push through rather them farming those potions to heal up

I auto fight while working. Can get about 50-75 potions in a workday.

Where’s the option for I do it every night? With the right damage output champ, winter soldier goes down under 50-60 hits in 90 secs or less.

With the introduction of the “restart quest” button, it makes farming ROL even easier.

When I plan on doing new content or monthly cav, I’ll take a day or two and farm hundreds of potions. They may just be level 3’s but they add up.

I grinded ROL hard in January to do my Abyss initial and honestly I can’t do it ever since then. The sheer boredom going through there makes me want to tear my head off

Used to do it back when I was using maxed 4*s or low rank 5*s.
Now, that I’m mostly using maxed 5*s and r2/r3 6*s in content, these lvl3 health potions have minimal to no value, making the ROL farming a time waste.
I prefer using that time, grinding arena for units and buying lvl5 health potions if I need.
In my opinion, its a better time investment, than ROL potion farming 🙂

thnx for this. I had seen a video BG made a while back with a maxed 5 colossus. But tried with my r3 6 colossus today. It worked. Might not do it all the time, but it is a nice way to use some left over energy and do something else.

Every ROL defender used to drop 1 revive. It took way longer to beat them but it was great. When I did my actual ROL run with a 3* SL, I farmed revives for a week from WS and CM.

did a lot of potion farming during Abyss exploration, i think my max were around 600 pots before in 1 run because I also farm the 20% revs. i'd say moderate farming recently for Carina challenges only because hp of 3*s and 4*s are lesser. It's definitely worth it to save you from using units.
