King Groot power drain immune not working?

Just took King Groot into Act 6.1.5 (Crossbones boss). The general node (Power Struggle) makes it so you gain 1 bar of power when you opponent gains one aswell, but you don't get power through normal means. When the opponent uses their power it drains your power for an equal amount.

But King Groot has it listed in his abilities he is immune to bleed, power drain and power burn. So how come he gets his power drains in this quest?

Just asked a question on this part of his kit on another thread. If he doesn’t even benefit offensively against nodes on this, then its a defensive part of his kit like ultron’s slow immunity or peni’s anti true strike

I think power struggle is a different thing this power drain would technically counter plague mind as a node but power struggle since its due to them having power u aint being drained

If this is the case it is really weird cause it says "power drain" in game.

Some nodes usually bypass that sort of kit ability. Eg Hyperion doesn't gain power as normal vs power struggle or special lock.
