Off season tier5 lock war rate deduction

War season did not kick off any timer or refresh in main tab on war countdown we just lose war today but the weird thing is we got a war rate deduction @Kabam Miike can you clear the issue if war season starts already cuz we don’t have any idea why rates decrease and increase
