Anyone know where to find these two champs easily in quests?

there’s also a Starky right there as well
There’s also one in 1.1.2

There's a Punisher 2099 as the first fight in 6.2.2 I believe (the Mister Sinister nightmare quest).
Most of us dont have a 5*/6* visions 👀

First time I used cgr to take him down to 8% lose and finish him w vision
