Summer Canteen rewards

I did not know how the rewards worked when it first came out and unlocked more than one of the 4* shards and more than one of the ISOs. Is there a way to still unlock everything? Why did Kabam have to make the event so confusing? If there is no current way to unlock everything will i be able to purchase more of the required resource so I can still get the later shards and ISOs? This event's setup is ridiculous especially when it was free last year from just logging in. I have already purchased the pass....will that help get all rewards?
