I took my Elektra to rank 3 and am extremely happy with her. Does very well in wars and normal quests. And her special 2 hits like a tank. She is a great choice for rank 3.

Depends what other champs you have. But I'd say yes because of her critical, bleed and armor break. Plus 6*s are coming so I'd say it is worth it.

Yes, her duped ability only increases her passive ability. So it's like Wolverine with 2 types of regen.

What does her sig do? She still crits all hits when the opponent is at 15 % health?
