Wasp inmune to shock?

Why is she immune to shock if she hasn't been shrinked? What am I missing?

It’s a similar mechanic to Ghost.

Wasp tried to evade the hit so she was in the state where she was shrugging off damage of time debuffs causing the shock to not apply which has the call out for immune.
