Has Anyone Found an Easy Punisher 2099 fight somewhere in the story?

I am Just wondering because I wanna see if there is an easier way to grind out the event other than Duels. Thank you!

The other post said road to the labyrinth 1.3 I believe but I have not checked myself personally.

Punisher 2099 can be found in 2.1.3 story quest. it will cost you 8 energy per kill thou.
