Is Jabari Panther good without being duped?

Just finished 6.4 Grandmaster and opened a featured 6 crystal hoping to get Shang Chi (i don't know if this can be considered unlucky) anyways, is jabari worth investing to r3 undupped? I chose the skill 25% on 5 catalyst cause it was the closest one to being formed

    Doesn’t need to be awakened, the only real benefit is increasing the duration of the hunt. It’s not much of a duration increase and all her base damage abilities are in her main abilities. I have mine at rank 5 sig 20 and love her. Don’t notice a difference between unawakened and awakened
