You can PM any MOD you want. Miike and Boo I believe are the head MODs but all others are equal I think.

There are moderator that just shut down a thread despite it being constructive and respectable manner and then give zero reason to the thread owner of why it was closed down. That for me is a big issue of misbehaving it’s power as an moderator.
