    It's in his abilities. He straight up removes unstoppable and inflicts a passive stun afterwards. This although consumes 2 charges ig.

    He’s right. To remove unblockables you have to have 2 telepathic charges and hit into their block.

    i already have 11 charges but no effect at all

    will remove unstoppable effects. It requires 2 charges
