SoP rewards and milestones are gonna be bugged?

We already hit the max and then AFTER we claimed another point so if kabam removes the 1 point will it bugg out and reset us to the prev milestone? Cause once we hit 27/27 it doesnt actually SHOW the extra point? Or will Kabam leave it to those who are maxed?
