Herecules Immortality Not Working

I have a 5r5 sig 95 herecules on my roster and ever since tuesday ish immortality has not been working. I have tried it in many parts of the game. Such as Variant 4 against namor, variant 4 against heimdall, path 3 in 5.2.3, realm of legends winter soldier, and path 4 in 5.2.3 (currently doing act 5 100%) if anyone knows whats wrong or if im missing something please help.
