Any decent ISO-8 farms?

I'm on Act 6 and can't progress it due to not having a full 5*/6* team. Been struggling with getting ISO as I have a lack of quests to complete.

Most threads are old and I don't know if they're outdated or not.

4.5.6 offers 1,300 iso for every clear (short Venom path). That costs like 4 energy.

40 energy = 13,000 ISO which is well not gonna say high cause
4* dupe = 24 x5k = 120,000 iso worth

So try to get some 4* dupes and play arena , arena gives GmC shards which has a chance at 4-5*
