Is red hulk work for v6.3.2 bishop?

In his kit it said that whenever Rulk is inflicted with Poison or Incinerate Debuff,his altered state removes it and has a 100% chance to convert it to a Heat charge. Is it count as purify?

Since Apoc was introduced, it counts kinda acts as an imunnity so it should work fine

For testing i suggest dueling bishop with rulk
