Already a thread about it just mods have never commented on it saying a fix is being looked at even though it been like it since his buff

Since it says slow effects. It could be that the slow still applies but does nothing.

I thought this too. I wonder if it actually affects his abilities? It maybe like Silver Surfer, where the debuff appears [Eg, Shock] but he takes no damage.
