AQ started without compensation. Does this mean parry bug is officially fixed?

As title says…

I still see posts here and complains of my ally folks about parry. For me, isn’t 100% consistent, I still have some issues

So since there is no compensation for AQ, I should suppose the issue is officially fixed

Any news about it?

Thank you but no, I didn’t miss it. This paragraph indicates the issue is still present:

v32.1.1 will not 100% resolve the issue, but should improve upon where we are now. We are not done working on this, but want to get an update that improves gameplay out to you all sooner rather than later.

That’s why I’m asking. I thought the issue is 100% resolved

The announcement says that they aren’t going to be giving out small aq packages anymore because they’re planning on giving out a big compensation package towards the end of the month.
