SOP point deducted from DH TB objective.

So I became TB during the second week of DarkHawk fight and completed a TB objective for that fight during the second week.

Now, it looks like kabam thought that I've completed the DH fight second time and they've deducted the TB objective point from my account.

What's going on here?

You'll most likely need to submit a ticket.

If that is the case, in the second week you still would have beat Darkhawk a second time, giving you an extra point for that in addition to the points for the TB objectives, so they would still need to take that extra point away.

Did you defeat Darkhawk as a Cavalier player during the first week?

If so, then you got one point for the defeat in the first week, and you could have gotten two points when you attempted the objective in the second week. If that's the case, Kabam should have deducted one point for the extra defeat point in the second week.

If you didn't defeat Darkhawk in the first week as a Cavalier, then you should have gotten two points when you did the TB objective in the second week: one point for the first defeat of Darkhawk and one point for the objective. Kabam shouldn't delete any points in that case.

What I find interesting is you say "they've deducted the TB objective point from my account." Why would you think they deducted the TB objective point, instead of the initial defeat point? Did you fight Darkhawk in the second week but know for a fact you only got one point in that week?
