Can u r3 a champion if u are not level 60 and don't have a sigil cause u can only have 3t5b in inventory

    I was thinking 5.3.6 can get xp faster cause it spawns refills more often

    What level are you cause for me it was harder to get level 50-60 than 1-49 and not just a little harder it was wayyyyyyyyyy harder
