Backup recovery isn't working right! I was playing by quake and when champion was down below 50% HP ( there was concussion on him ) he didn't recover his HP but recover energy !!!!

    Longshot has 200% ability accuracy I think. So maybe that's the reason?

    No , I fight with him not for the first time there
