When are android players going to be able to play in new arenas to win new champions again

For months I haven't been able to participate in new arenas because of Android complications kabam haven't fixed yet

You just need to become uncollected, by completing act 5 chapter 2

I am an Android user and have been playing arena with no issues (outside of common issues we are all experiencing to varying degrees)
