Arena's Help Request Bug

I just got back playing arena and the immortal bug of help request doesn't allow me to enjoy it. I've already press the last 4 hours 3 times the help request button for my champions and still nothing. It was the main reason I gave up Arena. Is there anything that can u guys do to fix it? Thanks.
