Saved Valentines Cards crystals, opened them now for gold boost, error?

Where does it state in the game that these crystals expire?

Where does it state in the game that these crystals should be opened before a specific date?

A few months ago kabam put out a huge list of crystals that were going to be autopopped. AKA open them now please ur taking up server space. Anyways, maybe these were on the list and they haven't been removed, they just don't work because the server thinks they don't exist. I could be wrong tho. Likely wrong but I can't think of another reason.

They don’t expire.

They don’t have to be opened before a certain date.

No compensation.

Sometimes there is just a glitch when opening crystals, did you see if you actually had increased champs/items afterwards (don’t remember if those crystals gave champs or other stuff like potions or units). Or do you still have the crystals in your crystals page ?

If they were on the “we auto-opened some old ones that you were hanging onto” list (which doesn’t seem like they were on that list provided above, so no), then you wouldn’t even see the crystal in your crystals page anymore. Thus the point of them auto-opening them, giving you what the contents were, and then removing all knowledge that such old crystals exist, saving resource space. They would not have been lost without getting anything for them.
