Missing Small Energy Refills from stash

I recently opened some quest crystals and got abt 999 small energy refills from them and I can't seem to find them in my stash , unable to make me claim them which I'm in need of for completing quests and stuff , hoping forward that the kabam team will look into this and provide me with my resources
