DM compensation crystal not received

I think I didn't get my Dragon man compensation crystal. Did everyone get that? Hi this is my first time posting here

Did all of you get the compensation crystal? All my alliance buddies amd friends got that but I didn't

You might have opened the crystal when the odds were corrected, which means you didn’t get the compensation. That’s what happened with me, and mostly what happened with you too
