Ghost phasing bug

in Bugs and Known Issues
My ghost is getting hit everytime she is phasing and pretty sure they should be missing no? Anyone else having this problem?

    Are there any other champs besides those who can hit her? Cuz ive been hit by other ones like ronin and human torch etc.
