Visual effects downgraded again...

Just set up Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 and the graphics are downgraded. Warp effects and blur are missing.

Are the good graphics enabled by individual device? That seems less than efficient. If other apps can pick up that a device contains an Adreno or Mali or Apple A-series GPU of a given generation with a known set of capabilities, why can't this one?

Playing between the S21+ and the Fold3, the Fold3 play is like an emulator that isn't set properly or when you play a too old game on a too new and fast computer and they keyed game timings to something way outdated. It's too fast and missing blur and transitions so it looks uncanny valley. First thing that came to mind playing it this way was "Where's the Yakety Sax?"
