Loss my four-star crystal

Never had this happen don’t know why am posting this but really hurt. My first time 100% Event quest on Master difficulty. My phone died after I got all the force dark crystal shards and I was I amidst opening my second four-star Crystal and my phone died. Any advice on what I should do?Still not in my stash so far
