There was a long thread having a discussion about this sometime last year. The basic gist is black panther and killmonger aren't #metal because magneto can’t control metal that is purely vibranium. If I was to guess vision has some other metal in him other than the vibranium which is why magneto can control him, which therefore makes him #metal.
