Buff bug

Opponent have Amor break debuff (not damage over time debuff) but he get too much power? For example: Story quest 5.3.6 line Red Hulk.

With cornered buf: when a damage over time debuff is applied to defender, they gain 300% more power for the duaration of that debuff.
