Has anyone had their kid mess with an account & gotten help from Kabam?

My son has gone in and messed with the Summer Canteen. He’s only 4 and played with my phone which was left on the sofa, and now I’m down one of those little green, trident shaped medals.

This is not good. I payed for Summer Resort and am now going to miss out on the 6k+ 6* shards.

Am I screwed? If I am, I’m gonna be so dark about it.

No you may be able to get it back if you contact support and say you used an item accidentally. I think I used some units before to buy something, told support that I had spent them accidentally, and then got the units back

You can skip the cav crystals instead of the 6* shards if you can’t get it back. Just don’t buy the cav crystals and then continue to buy everything else as normal

You have to spend a certain amount of tokens to unlock the next reward. If the kid spent the token of 4* shards then correct number of tokens is still spent to unlock the shards just have to buy items differently. If uncollected can’t buy something that’s for cav they use a token to buy something on the top row of the corresponding token and then go back to buying as normal

damn that suck but sounds convenient, out of everything the kid could press and enter into its canteen lol. loads of people messing up on what they should buy from Canteen, i just wouldnt be surprised.

Assuming you already bought the 11k 5* shards (otherwise that could be the one to skip, see below). Did you buy the Resort Pass ?
If so, and you mean the day-27 6400x 6* shards, you can just skip over one of the next earlier Green token items (5x Cav crystals, or the lesser 2200x 6* shards).
Since you had spent an extra Green token up top, it still counts as having spent that Green token.

You don’t actually have to buy 1 of every item (requirement is just that you “spend” the tokens somewhere, which you already have). So skip over some other future Green slot, keeping a final Green one for the big one toward end.

You underestimate the kids today or maybe you don't have any at the moment.

My 3 year old can and will do something similar if given the chance. It's just a matter of how familiar they are with the app, even with a little bit of familiarity then can do all sorts of purchases, deletions.

kids at that age cant distinguish something like buying some from the store tab and clicking other stuff like going into a quest. unless you are showing the kid exactly how to do something they dont go out of their way buying stuff lol giving these kids a little too much credit lol but hey no real way to tell its their word against reality so its whatever

I messed up this garbo event and used 2 catalyst ones early on, but coincidentally i dont care about 5* ags, so i bought a 4* one and skipped the 2% t5cc frags. I will get the 6* shards. This ofc doesnt answer OP’s question, but there’s your answer.

Yes, support has helped me in situation like this where my son bought 900 units worth of potions which i was saving for grandmaster fight...potions went in to overflow...i didnt touch them, had read before that if u dont use any resources in situations like these they can wind the clock and put it back together as it was amd they did but you have to give them the proof of ownership of the account.

1. Ingame name when u started playing mcoc.
2. First 2 purchases made from the account with real money.
3. Account start date

Then they do the magic.
