Samsung s20 FPS issues

Ye i know theres topic from yesterday but it will already 2 days the game is broken for samsung s20 devices and maby more... and no one from Admin /Gm/moderator team ...is able to reply ...when will we know something about it ?...i cant play...in 2 hours there will be new event and i wont be able to play...can you anwer here on the other topic anyone?...
