Magneto’s regen

In act 4, chapter 6, magneto is still invincible. With my 4 star venom, I was able to stop his regen for ten seconds or so when using my first power, but it would always come back and I get killed every time. I tried restarting and trying new fighting strategies but he still stays at 100% the whole fight. How the hell do I get red of this BS?

Ah, perfect! You have a three star AA that will melt that Magneto. Just get and maintain at least 1 neurotoxin on him at all times and that will prevent him from healing. Magnetized doesn't affect AA since he is immune to ability accuracy reduction.
