Solo objectives question

Okay, so i dont have a 5-6 star version of none of the 4 champs in question. I do have a 5 star storm pyramid x but she is not contributing points to the objectives.
So how are players, who dont have the champs for the cav/UC objectives, going about with finishing the objectives?
Side tip - Do the Jobber difficulty (easiest one) of the UpUpDownDown SQ on auto fight if you dont want to spend any energy in finishing the objectives, nor if you want to do the fights at all but want the objectives done.
Edit - Okay, i realized we can either fight with them, or fight them. So just need to find the easy targets.

The UC EQ has one 6 star iceman but he is 12 energy. Not really efficient way of getting it done. The Cav EQ has him with 4 energy (saw in rich's video but haven't got to it yet)
