Rank up question for my push to cavalier

Ive just got a 6 star dragon man and thats my first 6 star that may actually be worth ranking up, and i was wondering if it was worth getting him to r2 for the large pi or just going for more r5 5 stars. Currently i only have 1 r5 5 star(archangel). Currently im just building my roster to push for cavalier. I have many r4 5 stars that ive heard will help a lot during my push( red mags, cap iw, medusa, blade, and a few more). Do you think the large pi is worth it over champs i know will help me?
