Weird specials

Seeing weird stuff during specials, in all modes. Specifically, I used luke cage against bishop, fired sp2. First hit made contact, but bishop regained control before second hit and avoided the remainder. In another instance, Warlock vs aa in aq, sp2 fired and aa just kept swinging basic attacks into my special without getting hit. Just a couple examples that I remember, but after a ton of arena matches, eq runs and alliance mode fights there were lots more occurrences. Ipad.
