iOS IPhone 12 Freezing during aq

When I do alliance quests my game freezes before I can go in and I cant move and need to close the application and I just go right back so I repeat until like 1/5 chance it works and I just don’t click alliance as I freeze no issues like this in the past updated my device and now it freezes I would like help to fix this and to help fix the damage as I wasn’t able to play alliance quests without having to constantly restart

I missed day 2/5 couldnt even join cause it would just freeze makes me feel like not even doing alliance stuff
