Map 5 awarding map3 crystal

You stop the Aq compensation yet there r more bugs with it now than there was before.
For the last two days we have completed and 100% map 5 for alliance quest and yet for some reason are only awarded a map3 crystal……. Not to mention all the bugs encountered during the alliance quest itself. It’s really frustrating week after week struggling through this content given how buggy it is but now the rewards are bugged to.
I appreciate the aw potions but my alliance focuses AQ and this is a big issue for us. Were not asking for anything extra but is their a way we could at least receive our missing rewards?
