None of the Asgardians have shock immunity despite the association of Thor with lightning and thunder.

Ironically enough Odin's prefight gives everyone but himself Shock Resistance. If Odin was able to prefight himself, I would have considered him for SoP Sinister.

He would have been terrible for the SoP Sinister since he doesn't have any debuffs and won't gain any power. And since the EMP shocks are passive, he wouldn't be able to heal back from Willpower.
