Sent ticket on 8/17…. It’s 9/5 and still no help!!

On 8/17 I put in a ticket to Kabam about something. I got the whole generic reply then asked all my information yet again. The whole first 2 purchases and the amounts as well as when I started playing. I answered all they asked for. Then get an email still asking for the information I’ve already given them as if I never replied. Which I did and have all the proof. I’ve still not gotten any response from Kabam at all. It’s now 9/5. This is really ridiculous. They don’t answer my ticket so I post this here without going into details of my ticket. Can someone from Kabam actually give me a reply?
