Why is Diablo taking poison damage?

So a few wars back I noticed something my Diablo started getting damaged from poison on the hazard shift node. Which I've taken with Diablo before. So my alliance started doing testing. Couldn't find a hazard shift node to test it on but they did try a basic fight Diablo VS Diablo and as you can see he's taking damage from poison. So this bug needs to be fixed ASAP @Kabam Miike
I have the full video but it said it doesn't support the format

Both champions take reduces damage from it. Neither of them is immune to it.
Your example is set on a wrong scenario. For you to take damage, you were on a scenario where the opponent would have a way to deal enhanced poison/incinerate damage, or increases potency in general
That's why some champions like Gambit have -150% Bleed Resistance, that'll also reduce the effect of the Enhanced Bleed Node for example which Increases Bleed Debuff Potency by 40% on top of the Base 100%.
In a Diablo vs Diablo fight each Concoction increases Poison Potency by 10% Each, therefore it would go Beyond the opposing Diablo's -100% Resistance to 110% and so on for each Concoction.
When you fight Diablo, he does.
Diablo takes -100% poison damage, but that’s not 100% of all poison damage, the way the game works is it’s minus a flat amount. So in this situation 100 - 100 = 0 and it’s not 100% -(100% x 100) = 0.
That seems like a weird distinction, but this is why it matters:
When you fight winter soldier, the poison damage you do to yourself is just the regular 100%, and Diablo minuses 100% of it making it 100-100 = 0 damage. However, when you fight Diablo, each unused ingredient grants 2 vials of might, increasing poison damage by +10% each. So if Diablo has 6 vials of might, the poison damage does 60% increased potency, for a total of 160% potency.
So what this means is Diablo takes 160% - 100 % potency = 60% poison damage. So that’s why you still take damage.
The same happens with Silver surfer taking incinerate damage too
