I have noticed Hyperion not getting regeneration buff after new update. Is it a bug or it is intensional?

    You realize you need 3 charges to activate regen right ?

    If ye posting to report a bug, post with it some sort of insight as to why you think it's bugged, and preferably some screencaps or footage showing the bug in action. Don't cluster up the forums with unbased claims, it'll serve no purpose.
