Captain Marvel Movie not working

I have been using CMM in act 6.1.5 and her ability is not working as intended and her synergy with NF seems to be bugged. I had 24 charges and activated her ability. I dropped to 11 charges and they went away rapid like the NF synergy wasn't slowing it down . And I should have had 24 charges. It the happened again and went from 25 to 10. Even though I wasn't hit or knocked down .
I then had 25 once activated the charges dropped off like NF wasn't on my team even though he was .

    is there any sort of node that could have done this? also, do you have a video?
