Why is The Overseer’s Profile Picture Weird?

I know that I’m not the only person who has noticed this but why is there a strange box around him. Like you can see above the Profile Picture Frame that his head is enclosed in a box whereas other champions don’t have this




Heck look at my Pfp on the forums. You can see the exact same thing.

Is Maestro too powerful that Kabam had to put an extra layer of protection around him?

Design error. He's not the only one like that, hardly noticeable in game though.
