Unable to login

So after getting free from my job, I decided to login to the game and claim daily rewards,do the summer challenge etc but whenever am trying to login, I'm getting the "unable to login" error. Attaching screenshot of it along with Mobile specs below

Hi @UniversalGaming - I recommend contacting support regarding your login issues, as the forums cannot assist with any complex issues such as this. Support will hopefully be able to help work out the problem.

To find support in-game, tap the gear icon in the top left corner. Then tap the button that says: Support. You can look up troubleshooting guides here or tap the button that reads: Need more help? Contact us. This will open a support ticket for you.

Alternatively, you can follow this link and click Submit A Request in the top right corner to open a ticket.
